Eligibility: We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase made through our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request proof of purchase or additional information to process your refund request. Return Method: The customer can process return by sending the product to the company's office at 245/3, Poornima Plaza, Doddathogur Main Road, Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru - 560100. For digital purchase there is no requirement to send the products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Return Shipping: If a return of the item is required, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund or replacement. Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
